Winston-Salem, NC!
This Machine Operator position is a 1st Shift position that works a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30am-5:00pm.
Starting pay is $17.00/hour. Weekly pay! Direct Deposit!
Job Summary
This position involves operating various equipment, ensuring efficiency in production, and handling materials with precision. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, stacking, separating, organizing, and laminating materials.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain machines, including Digital Flatbed, Cutter/Router, and Latex Printer
Perform handwork such as grommet application, taping signage, and other finishing tasks
Stack, separate, and organize materials efficiently
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in machine operation preferred
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to lift materials and perform repetitive tasks
Knowledge of printing and finishing techniques is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
