Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fun veterinary team! You will be responsible for helping customers and their pet family by coordinating appointments and procedures while also helping answer and direct general questions about their animal's care and our veterinary services.
Responsibilities:
Handle client calls for appointments or general questions
Provide information about services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services and pet knowledge applicable for your role
Trouble shoot and resolve issues as they may arise
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields would be helpful
Ability to build relationships and engage with clients
Ability to prioritize and focus your attention
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal communication skills and clear concise written skillsCompany Description
East Lincoln Animal Hospital has been a pillar in the Denver, NC community since 1976 when it was first established. The practice has taken a brief 3 week closure due to a needed change in ownership transition but is ready to reopen within the next 7-10 days. The practice has a top of the line facility in veterinary general practice with family friendly hours of operation (8-5 Monday- Friday only) and long term clients.
