Compensation & Benefits for the Mail Clerk:
Starting pay rate of $16.39 per hour

Hours & Logistics:
Monday - Friday
First Shift (7:00am-4pm)
Location: Downtown Tallahassee
Mail Clerk Responsibilities include:
Inbound Mail and Package Sorting
Processing Outbound Mail and Packages
Signing for Incoming Packages
Visiting Nearby Post Office as Required
Setting up and Maintaining Conference Rooms
Various Office and Administrative Duties
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior Mail Room Experience
Familiarity and Experience with Mail Room Equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.)
Experience with Copy Machines
Organizational Skills & Experience
Professional Communications & Ability to Work with Vendors
Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills, i.e., MS Word & Excel
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to Lift Boxes/Packages and complete Light Assembly work (shelving).
