We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Account Manager to lead operations and client relations at key accounts in the Philadelphia area.
Position Summary:
The Security Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at client sites, managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of leadership, problem-solving, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and support a team of security officers across assigned accounts
Ensure staff scheduling, attendance, and coverage meet client expectations
Conduct site inspections and audits to uphold service quality and safety
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and service requests
Address incidents and escalate issues as needed in a timely and professional manner
Manage onboarding, training, and development of security personnel
Collaborate with internal departments as necessary
Maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports on site activities and performance
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in security management or a related field is preferred
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
Availability for on-call response as needed, including evenings or weekends
