Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Account Representative to join our team in North Java, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers to provide exceptional support, build lasting relationships, and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish. You'll serve as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers, helping to align their needs with our solutions while working collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and personalized service.

Support order management by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure seamless communication and fulfillment.

Identify opportunities for additional services or products based on customer needs.

Monitor and report on customer activity and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3 years of customer service or inside sales experience with a strong, stable work history.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business-related software platforms.

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus. Specifically in the door or wood working industries.
