CSR/Dispatcher

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative/CSR / Dispatcher to join the team.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $23.00/hour, depending on experience. You will work on-site Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm.

To qualify for the CSR/Dispatcher position, you must have:

Proficiency/experience with multi-line phone system operations

Typing skills of 50-70 words per minute while talking

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Understanding of ServiceTitan software a plus

Some of your responsibilities as CSR/Dispatcher will include:

Answering phones / Managing multi-line phone systems

Maintaining typing speed of 50-70 words per minute while speaking with customers

Providing exceptional customer service

Scheduling service calls

Dispatching technicians

Entering invoices for job costing

Creating job reports

Utilizing Google Sheets, Outlook and other basic office software
