Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst supports the organization’s compensation and benefits programs through research, analysis, and compliance monitoring to ensure they are competitive and align with company goals.

This role also partners with internal teams to improve employee engagement and wellness through collaboration and strategic analysis.

SALARY: $33.09/hr.

SCHEDULE: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design and evaluate job roles and pay structures to ensure accurate classification, internal equity, and market competitiveness.

· Administer compensation programs including salary reviews, bonuses, and promotions, while supporting pay equity initiatives.

· Conduct benchmarking, data analysis, and reporting to inform total rewards strategies and support leadership decisions.

· Lead wellness and engagement initiatives that enhance employee well-being and retention through data-driven programs.

· Ensure compliance and clear communication by auditing programs, training stakeholders, and managing content and tools like SharePoint.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards.

· Skilled in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and market benchmarking using HRIS and data tools.

· Knowledgeable in pay equity regulations and compliance practices.

· Strong communicator with experience in documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

· Committed to equity, confidentiality, and professional ethics; able to meet health and background requirements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Primarily sitting with occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 10–15 lbs.

· Frequent computer use, including typing and screen viewing, with movement between workstations as needed.
