Responsibilities:

-Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent equipment failure

-Locating and diagnosing problems, assessing extent of repairs and describing options and associated costs to the customer

-Repairs of complete systems to include Residential Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Air Cleaners, Possibly Assess Installation, ETC

-Provide interface with warranty companies, as needed

-Prepare or coordinate sales quotes for replacements and coordinate installation scheduling

-Complete all required documentation on services and explain guarantees/warranties.

Qualifications:

-A minimum of three years experience in residential HVAC services

-A high school diploma or GED -EPA Certificate

-Valid driver’s license and good communication skills

-The ability to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners or materials.
