Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You must be a problem solver and have a great attitude.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment
You will be taught (eventually) to provide pricing to customers
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
You will be required to work similarly to a project manager
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
