ServiceNow HRSD Technical Architect

Job Description

Lead the design and architecture of HRSD ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of HRSD Modules such as HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Item, COE Security Configurations, Assignment Rules, country-based notifications etc

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.

Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.

Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.

10 to 12 years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of ITSM (HRSD Module), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution

Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations,

Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.

Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.

Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HRSD, ITIL
