What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries with a positive, energetic attitude.
Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits, follow up on open quotes, and re-engage past customers.
Build rapport quickly, uncover customer needs, and match them with our services and solutions.
Book appointments for service techs and track job progress.
Hit daily and monthly goals for calls, bookings, and memberships (with bonuses!).
Stay organized in our CRM and work with a tight-knit office and field team.
What We’re Looking For
