Client Service Coordinator
Location: Portland, ME (Downtown – Two Portland Square)
Duration: 12-week contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Choose your preference!)
Dress Code: Business professional
Pay: $19-21/hour
Work Arrangement: 100% onsiteAbout the Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Client Service Coordinator to join the Portland branch of a respected financial services firm with a strong reputation for helping individuals achieve their financial goals. In this role, you'll be the face of the office—supporting day-to-day operations, greeting clients, and helping advisors keep everything running smoothly.What You’ll Be Doing:
Covering the front desk and answering incoming phone calls professionally
Logging mail and checks, handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
Ordering office supplies and ensuring everything runs efficiently
Assisting financial advisors with light administrative support
Helping plan branch meetings: coordinating lunch orders, confirming attendees, and tracking participationWhat We're Looking For:
Prior office admin or front desk experience is a big plus
Strong professional presence and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
