This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily quotas.

Adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation and product quality.

Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve any mechanical issues.

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.

Perform quality control checks using basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy.

Log production data and communicate with supervisors regarding issues or delays.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production setting preferred.

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use tools for minor troubleshooting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ability to read and interpret production instructions and technical documents.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with machinery noise.

Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
