Role Description
The Entry-Level Account Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Stamford, CT. The role involves building relationships with prospective small and medium-sized businesses throughout the Northeast through face-to-face meetings. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing effective communication and exceptional customer service, as well as ensuring we deliver on our clients’ expectations. Additional responsibilities include generating and following up on new leads, building long-term client relationships, and managing sales processes.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and a positive, go-getter attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
Customer service and customer acquisition experience
Team player mindset, adapts well to new situations, and is self-motivated
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
