Location: Minneapolis, MN

Wage: $22 - $30/hr

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime on rare Saturdays as needed

Duties of the CNC operator / metal fabricator:

Operate CNC-driven equipment to manufacture components for construction and building materials

Accurately utilize tape measures, calipers, and micrometers for precise measurements

Perform shop math calculations to ensure product accuracy

Bend and form metal components according to blueprints and technical specifications

Collaborate with trainers and mentors to refine skills and techniques

Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure high-quality output

Requirements of the CNC operator / metal fabricator:

5+ years of experience in construction or metal manufacturing

Demonstrated solid work history with longevity at previous roles

Proficiency with measuring tools and blueprint reading

Ability to pass a tape measure skills test during the interview process

Successful completion of a national background check
