As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact in this dynamic environment, responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining high standards, and bringing the Fusion vibe to life.

What You’ll Do

Greet every guest with energy and professionalism—from gym members to resort visitors

Check in guests and manage profiles using our ABC system

Conduct walk-throughs across key resort areas (locker rooms, gyms, lobbies)

Restock fridges and retail shelves to maintain a clean, premium front desk

Handle member concerns or questions with care and confidence

Provide upbeat tours that highlight everything Fusion has to offer—from saunas to sand courts

What You Bring

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort setting

Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness and presentation

Comfort with gym tech (ABC or similar)

Flexibility in schedule and a team-first mindset
