Job Description
Downtown law firm is seeking an office assistant/receptionist. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting Office Manager with billing, data entry, and various other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Managing front desk operations
Greeting visitors
Answering phones
Scanning legal documents
Running office errands as requested (mileage is reimbursed)
Overseeing daily firm mail operations (to include retrieving, delivering, and scanning)
Ensuring high business cleanliness standards for conference rooms, breakrooms, copy rooms, and kitchen (to include the general tidying of space)
Orders and stocks office supplies timely
Refilling printers and copy machines with paper and toner as needed
