Quality Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and improve our quality management systems. The ideal candidate will be ISO 9001 certified and have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, compliance standards, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Ensure that products and services meet customer requirements and organizational goals.

Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), customer complaints, and quality investigations.

Provide training and support to staff on quality-related processes and ISO 9001 standards.

Maintain documentation and records as required by ISO and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

ISO 9001 certification

Proven experience in quality management or quality assurance roles.

Strong knowledge of QMS principles and tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [industry-specific knowledge if applicable, e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace].

Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Lead Auditor certification is a plus.Company Description
