Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of presses, ensuring quality production while adhering to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate: Adjust machine settings, change tools, and run tests to ensure accuracy

Read blueprints: Interpret technical drawings to determine job requirements

Quality control: Check measurements and bends to ensure finished pieces meet specifications

Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance to prevent malfunctions

Safety: Follow safety standards, wear protective gear, and ensure safety measures are in place

Experience

Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
