Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: This is a 4 - 6 month temporary position to help in a high-volume, fast paced environment by helping customers with housing applications.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Parking: Garage (temp pays for parking)
Location: Downtown Phoenix, 85003
Type: Temporary
Start date: Immediately upon passing background
Duration: 4 - 6 months

DUTIES
Review incoming application packages for completeness
Analyzing the application meets requirements for approval
Log application information into the database system
Help customers with online permit submittals
REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable with computer work 8 hours a day
Accurate data entry skills
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
Knowledge of SalesForce helpful but not required
Detail oriented
