Job Qualifications:
The Executive Chef must have 3-5 years of high-volume Kitchen Management experience.
Proven ability to create a safe work environment that emphasizes teamwork and professional development.
Successful in managing food costs effectively.
Ability to lead a team of experienced cooks.
Proficiency in all kitchen stations is required for the Executive Chef role.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for the Executive Chef position.
