Job Description
BridgeTower Media is seeking a motivated, positive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator.
This is a part-time role at 24 hours per week and will be remote after training.
The candidate should be based in or around the Richmond, Virginia area.
What will you be Responsible for?
Preparations for key meetings
Utilize company technology and software systems to provide detailed reports and tracking
Manage projects that support our team and clients
Will be the go-to resource for company CRM tool, etc.
Coordinate all sales materials/execution for all related markets and events.
Develop special tracking reports as needed
What skills does the job require?
Previous successful experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant or Project Manager, a plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus in Excel.
Excellent prioritization skills
Able to proactively perform multiple projects under tight deadlines, work independently, successfully manage concurrent projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
