Accounts Payable Processor

Job Description

Our client near the Mesa/Tempe border is seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Processor for a 1-month contract. The primary responsibility will be entering and coding a backlog of invoices to help the accounting team stay current.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and code backlogged invoices accurately

Ensure data integrity and proper documentation

Communicate with internal teams as needed to clarify invoice details

Requirements:

Prior experience in accounts payable

High attention to detail and accuracy
