Welcome guests to the office and assist them with their needs upon arrival.
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as necessary.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with stationery, forms, and brochures.
Provide accurate information to guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
Perform other receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing, as needed.Company Description
