Key Responsibilities:
Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing fundraising events, community outreach programs, and donor engagement activities.
Logistics Coordination: Help with event setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and on-site management.
Donor Engagement: Interact with donors, sponsors, and community partners during events to build relationships and promote the cause.
Marketing & Promotions: Support promotional efforts including social media posts, flyer distribution, and community outreach.
Administrative Tasks: Track RSVPs, maintain event records, and assist with donation processing and acknowledgments.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fundraising coordinators and nonprofit leadership to ensure events run smoothly and meet fundraising goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in events, customer service, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with donors and the public
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Passion for community service, advocacy, or charitable causes
Comfortable working evenings or weekends during events (as needed)
