Our team is growing, and we are seeking a friendly, motivated professional to be the welcoming face and voice of our business.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and customer-focused. You will be responsible for handling walk-in customer needs, answering phones and emails, invoicing completed jobs, and supporting daily front-office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Monitor and respond to customer emails with clear, helpful communication

Create and process billing for jobs ready for pickup or delivery

Coordinate with production staff and delivery drivers to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area

Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Prior customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, invoicing systems)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience in a printing, signage, or service industry setting is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm)

Pay: $16–$21 per hour, based on experience
