Pride Health is looking for a Sr Beaker Analyst for our client’s medical facility, which is 100% remote This is a great role with a 6+ Month Contract with the possibility of extension depending on the performance and the manager and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title: Sr Beaker Analyst

Location: 100% remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibility of extension depends on the performance and the manager

Pay rate: $80 to $85 /hr on W2

Job Summary: Job Summary:

This will be a Beaker Analyst role, focusing on general lab maintenance and small projects. If there is an analyst with both Epic Beaker certification/experience and WellSky Transfuse knowledge/experience, that would be preferred, but only Beaker experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Completes installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications on supported platforms.

Proactively identifies and resolves basic and more complex problems.

Coordinates across teams for support, maintenance, and project-related activities.

Utilizes incident and change management processes within service level agreements.

Prepares required system documentation to aid in troubleshooting, disaster recovery practices, core initiatives, and cross-training.

Develops, maintains, and nurtures relationships with key customers.

Participates in the on-call process and routes or escalates tickets appropriately.

Identifies opportunities for improvement in areas of responsibility.

Utilizes Project Management Methodologies and tools as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.
