Office Assistant (Entry Level)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $15.00–$16.00 (Non-negotiable)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for someone looking to gain valuable administrative experience in a professional setting. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, answering phones, attending staff meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in electronic systems and spreadsheets
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Attend departmental and organizational meetings; take notes and assist with follow-ups
Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as needed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
Additional Information:
This position pays $15.00–$16.00 per hour and is not subject to negotiation or adjustment
Full-time hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
