Customer Sales and Service Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and retention and working to increase sales and meet metric goals. This individual will assist in the sales and service efforts and manage information and paperwork as determined by management. In addition, this position is responsible processing work orders and quotes from other W.D. Matthews staff. The CSS Coordinator reports directly to the CSS Manager and outside CSS Personnel and works closely with CSS sales staff and other departments. This position works directly W.D. Matthews headquarters in Auburn, Maine. This position requires extensive use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Navision, and Sales Force. The CSS Coordinator must have a high level of computer ability, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. At least two years of office and/or sales experience is required. In addition, a high school degree or GED is mandatory; an associate’s degree with a focus in business administration or related degree is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Process and maintain accurate service quotes, work orders and PM contract files to assist in completing efforts of outside sales staff

· Prepare reports as needed for CSS sales staff and/or customers

· Answer customer service inquiries requesting status of repairs, invoice information and process credit card payments

· Answer calls and emails from CSS sales staff to troubleshoot, retrieve equipment information, planned maintenance information, billing or customer information

· Manage contract credentialing

· Assist other departments in trouble shooting issues found in Navision, Field Aware or Sales Force

· Develop and maintain basic level of product knowledge

· Identify and work with management to resolve customer concerns

· Work to achieve sales goals set by management
