Looking to launch your sales career with real-world experience that actually sets you up for success?

The Third Estimate is seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Intern to join our growing team for Summer 2025! This internship is your front-row seat to the residential home improvement industrycovering everything from roofing and windows to storm restoration sales.

This is not a sit-and-observe role. Youll be in the actionsupporting lead generation, shadowing our sales pros, interacting with real customers, and contributing to real deals.

What Youll Be Doing:

Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and customer follow-ups

Shadow sales reps during appointments and inspections

Support lead follow-up, appointment confirmations, and CRM updates

Help coordinate between sales, production, and admin teams

Join marketing and outreach efforts, including canvassing events

Conduct market research and provide insights to drive strategy

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions

Handle admin tasks to keep the sales engine running

What Were Looking For:

Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related program

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

Comfortable in a customer-facing environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience = a bonus!)

Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
