Position Overview:

The Provider Data Management (PDM) Intern will support the Provider Data Management team by assisting with key data quality and integrity initiatives. The intern’s primary focus will be on data cleanup and standardization efforts, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of provider records across Community Care Plan (CCP) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with correcting missing Primary Care Provider (PCP) location data

Support efforts to appropriately link provider locations to networks and records

Help standardize provider address formats and naming conventions

Perform detailed data entry, quality checks, and general administrative tasks related to provider data management

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting

Interest in healthcare operations, provider relations, or health information systems preferred

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university

Must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) clearance
