Full-Time Nanny Opportunity in Naperville, IL!

Position: Full-Time Nanny

Location: Naperville, IL

Compensation: $27+/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Benefits:

40 hours per week guaranteed

Long-term, stable position Schedule:

Start: ASAP

Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Flexibility: One parent travels and family may need an extra hour of care on those days (advance notice provided). Why Join Our Family?

One-on-One Care: Caring for one toddler in a warm, supportive environment. (3/4 basement area with open play space, plenty of room on the main floor, toddler bedroom upstairs)

Engaging Activities: Actively plan fun, educational activities that support growth and development (Montessori experience a plus).

Supportive Work Setting: One parent works from home (separate workspace) when not traveling, with open communication encouraged.

Partnership with the Family: Warm, respectful family that values your input and expertise. Your Role:

Engage toddler with creative and developmentally enriching activities.

Maintain the child’s routine and take care of child's needs, including naps, meals, diaper changes, and activities.

Light housekeeping tasks related to the child, including tidying, organizing toys, and refilling changing stations.

Drive the child to scheduled outings. (1-2 per week. No more than a 15-minute drive.)

Keep parents updated on daily activities and share highlights.

Be flexible with occasional extended hours during parental travel. ️ What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience as a nanny with toddlers.

Skills: Strong communicator, patient, caring, proactive, self-sufficient, reliable, and punctual.

Driving: Valid license and safe driving record.

Vaccinations: Current Flu, TDAP, MMR (COVID preferred but not required).

Education: Early childhood education is a must - Montessori experience is a plus!

Personality: Warm, reliable, and enthusiastic about child development. How to Apply:
