We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Representative to join our Non-Purpose Lending team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Build strong relationships with operational teams and our clients

Develop in-depth knowledge of Regulation T / Non-Purpose loans and BNY Policies

Leverage interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution

Deliver high-quality customer service and provide daily support to BNY clients

Identify risks and exposures that may require escalation

Independently manage assigned tasks and responsibilities

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

5-7 years of total work experience preferred

Experience in brokerage processing is preferred

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to connect the dots

Customer service experience preferred

Quick learner and effective problem-solving skills
