We have an immediate opportunity available for an Operations Manager who will work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all line station and service check maintenance and ensure all customer requirements are met and schedules are maintained
Ensure that equipment, material, and manpower time are properly documented for billing
Coordinate the efforts of all personnel associated in the maintenance, repair, overhaul, and alteration of the aircraft and ensure all are properly qualified, trained, and authorized to perform their duties
Ensure all FAA/CFR rules, regulations, customer requirements, and company policies are obeyed and followed
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED, a current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, and driver's license
Must have several years of FAR 121 aircraft maintenance experience; Boeing Landing Gear 737, 747, 757, & 767
Must have experience working with and leading successful teams to complete maintenance tasks, along with previous military leadership
Must be able to read and write in English
Must have the ability to read manufacturing manuals and carry, lift, or push up to 50 pounds
Must be good organizational skills while managing multiple priorities
Must be able to follow and comply by all FAA/CFR rules, regulations, requirements, and company policies
