Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, testing, & analysis of manufacturing processes & equipment.
Develop & maintain manufacturing documentation, including process sheets & work instructions.
Conduct research to identify new manufacturing technologies & methods.
Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
Participate in the development & implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with the implementation of quality control processes & procedures.
Participate in safety training & adhere to safety protocols in the manufacturing environment.
Provide support in various projects as needed, which may include drafting reports & presenting findings.
Participate in problem solving & process improvement teams.
Assist with inventory & production control.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
Basic understanding of engineering principles & manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in teams
