As a Project Engineer, you'll be paired with a Superintendent and Project Manager to gain hands-on, onsite experience for a minimum of one year. This full-time, entry-level role is designed to launch your career by developing your expertise in: All phases in construction operations

What You'll Do
Establish and maintain a fully functional jobsite office, including proper signage, required postings, and job flow sequencing.
Organize and maintain all construction documents: Blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings, and revisions.
Manage jobsite processes such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, Project scheduling, and invoicing/Pay Apps.
Support the subcontractor bidding, qualification, and award processes.
Assist in preparing and presenting bid packages to clients and ownership.
Help evaluate costs and negotiate for value.
Communicate accurate, timely project updates across teams and partners.

What Makes You a Great Fit
Local resident to Pittsburgh, PA
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or any engineering related field.
Internship or co-op experience in construction or project management.
A strong interest in the built environment and construction industry.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Skills in Microsoft Office package software (i.e.. Excel, word, Project, etc.)
Enjoy problem solving and working with several different team members for one common goal.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Onsite locally in Pittsburgh, PA
Perform medium work exerting up to 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds.
See, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push, and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
Valid driver's license.
