MBS is looking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst in Cincinnati, OH. This position is full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Pages, Flows, and Visualforce Pages to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs.

Understand and work within Salesforce data models, ensuring seamless data integration across multiple system areas.

Work within a structured deployment system and adhere to rigorous change control processes—no direct changes in production without approval.

Support Salesforce integrations and enhancements, ensuring best practices for data integrity and system performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to Salesforce configurations, workflows, and data quality.

Participate in cross-functional collaboration, interacting with various stakeholders, from frontline banking associates to senior executives.

Stay engaged with the team by prioritizing in-person discussions over virtual communication whenever possible.

REQUIREMENTS

Salesforce Lightning Pages, Flows, and solution design

Understanding how to track and organize data within Salesforce when information is spread across different system areas

Salesforce data models and structuring solutions accordingly

Working within a controlled deployment environment (not a "wild west" setup)

Change control processes—no direct production changes without prior approvals

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to effectively self-manage tasks and meet deadlines while working independently

Adaptability to a highly regulated industry with strict compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Salesforce Administrator Certification (strongly preferred)

Experience with Apex development

API experience and Salesforce integrations

Background in Marketing Automation platforms

Must be able to interview well and communicate their level of skills/experience

Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

Ability to move or lift to 50lbs.
