Title: Sr Supply Chain Analyst

Work Type: Contract to Hire/Contractor

Location: The Woodlands, Texas

Role: As a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in transforming manual processes, automating reporting, and surfacing insights that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and IT to identify inefficiencies, build dashboards, and support our ERP migration initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, collaborating across departments, and bringing clarity to complex business problems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Analyze and automate Excel-based reports using SQL Server, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.

· Partner with departments to uncover inefficiencies and identify data-driven process improvements.

· Design and prototype dashboards that track KPIs and operational metrics for leadership.

· Build new reports and support ad-hoc data needs using Excel, Power BI, and custom web apps.

· Contribute to our ERP migration efforts (data imports, user testing, and training).

· Help lead our transition from manual processes to scalable, automated systems.

· Participate in cross-functional projects in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

· Bonus: Support project management activities and stakeholder coordination.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, statistics, or closely related field with 5 – 10 years experience

Experience/Knowledge:

· Experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or related business domains.

· Strong Excel Skills with the ability to integrate data from SQL databases, ERPs, and other external systems.

· Exposure to Power BI and Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps etc.), Power Automate.

· Ability to turn messy data into clear stories and actionable insights.

· Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

· Bonus: Experience with ERP systems or ERP migrations (testing, data loading, user support).

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Remain attentive to details and identify resources for projects

Compensation:
