The Family Welcome Center is a culturally responsive hub designed to support newly arriving Haitian and Latin families as they navigate life in a new country. We provide access to essential services, community resources, and a warm, inclusive environment where families can feel safe, seen, and supported.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead our efforts in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services to immigrant families, while building strong community partnerships and guiding a dedicated team.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference:
Create a warm and welcoming environment to support newly arriving children and families
Responsible for the reaching out to community resources and volunteers
Connect with children and families to assess basic needs and complete applications for support
Monitor community needs
Provide administrative supervision to all FWC staff
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Driving is required

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Field OR related experience
Language capacity in Haitian Creole and/or Spanish required
Must also be fluent in English
Understanding of local systems and resources
