Starting base salary $37,500 – 47,500 USD*

The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day event logistics and administrative tasks that support the overall demand generation event strategy. This role assists with event research, preparation, execution and reporting to support the Corporate Marketing team’s various field marketing campaigns. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation and works closely with the Field Marketing Manager.

What you will be doing:

Assist with the planning, preparation, execution, and post-event processes for live and virtual events.

Support event project workback schedule deliverables including scheduling pre/post event planning calls, sourcing event information, assisting with sponsorship/participation details.

Research, assess, and present recommendations for relevant industry events that sales and marketing should participate in.

Assist with event logistics including sourcing and shipping materials, tracking registration/attendance, travel and accommodation details, etc.
