Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $78,870 - $103,191. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Join Our Team as a Business Systems Analyst!
A Business Systems Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that align with organizational goals. Additionally, they ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems and processes through project management techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver process mapping, requirement gathering, mock-ups, and wireframes to stakeholders' requirements
Collaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure alignment, integration of solutions, and project success
Facilitate documenting and creating current and future state processes and the underlying systems and applications for low to medium complexity processes as assigned
Deliver business requirements and process documentation, and facilitate technical design based on functional requirements
Facilitate analysis and recommendation of software and IT solutions that align with ERP functionality and business requirements
Communicate progress and priorities to leadership and business partners
Design end-user training documentation and assist in training as needed
Facilitate Agile/Iterative practices within projects, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery
Manage small to medium projects end-to-end, facilitating development, test, deployment, and close to support the requirements and expectations set with the relevant stakeholders
What you'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or a related field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in business analyst, leadership, or project management roles within IT or functional business areas
Understanding of master data management practices in design preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle-related technologies.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of best practices for business systems analysis
Experience with project management tools such as Azure Devops, Microsoft Project, or other similar tools
Experience with design tools such as Figma for process mapping, wireframes, and mock-ups
Preferred
Oracle E-Business Suite Essentials Certifications
CCBA or CSBA
SCRUM Master
CSBA
Expertise in Oracle or similar ERP processes and designs
Willingness to travel as needed for team member discussions and business partnerships
