The Role

This job contributes to the company's success by working with business unit groups to review, document, analyze and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of moderately complex to complex business processes.

This resource will be responsible for leading process reviews; facilitating design and development of new processes.

Qualifications

Strong Technical Experience

Strong ServiceNow experience

Network PM work (network operation center) knowing of networking

Critical thinking

Problem solving and resolution

Strong facilitation skills

Process change, and ability to blend processes as needed

Process changes, exp with change management

Experience with an MSP

Maintenance for retail stores

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office

Daily Responsibilities:

Driving meetings

Data reporting

Ensuring items are meeting deadlines and remaining on track

Keep project schedules accurate and up to date

Oversee tactical collaboration

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $78.00/hr.
