Controller - Buckhead - Hybrid

A dynamic company with a fabulous corporate culture is seeking a Controller with strong leadership skills for its Buckhead office. You'll lead a team of 5 and be reporting directly to the COO (there is no CFO). Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the accounting and reporting in the company

Oversee GL as well as month, quarter, and year-end close

Oversee billings and collections with an eye towards reducing DSO

Treasury and cash management leadership

Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash flow

Support annual budgeting and provide variances

Maintain appropriate internal controls in accordance with GAAP

Present strategic recommendations to achieve short and long-term financial goals

Requirements:

Accounting undergraduate degree

CPA preferred

2+ years of public accounting (preferred) and minimum 5+ years of general accounting in industry experience

Proven ability to lead a team
