Location: TYLER, TX - THOSE WILLING TO COMMUTE, THERE IS NO PER DIEM

Job Type: Full-Time OVERTIME BEGINS JUNE 1ST: Mon - Thu 4/10's & 2/8's Fri & Sat.

Reports To: Master Electrician / Journeyman Electrician

Salary: Based on Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to start or continue their career in the electrical trade. Under the supervision of licensed electricians, the Apprentice Electrician will assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment

Follow electrical code manuals and read blueprints or technical diagrams

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools and power tools

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work area

Learn and apply safety procedures and regulations on job sites

Support electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs

Participate in training sessions and complete required coursework for licensing

Requirements:

Current Electrician apprenticeship TDLR Licensing REQUIRED

Knowledge of electrical systems and tools - REQUIRED

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments (e.g., heights, crawl spaces, outdoors)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous electrical experience (minimum of 2 years)

OSHA 10 or 30 certification (nice to have, not required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
