Accounting Job Duties:
Oversee the Accounting process in SAP for GL, P&L and Balance Sheet
Bank reconciliation and reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Oversees all of the Company’s financial systems including Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, AR Aging, AP aging, matching sub-ledgers with the GL, payroll, AP invoices,
Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications, coordinating information requirements.
Take Full Cycle Account Payable responsibility including daily/weekly/ monthly reports for (purchases, expense invoices, payments, A/P aging reports)
Expert in the Month end closing process, accruals, prepaid schedule, vendor/supplier accounts reconciliations.
GL accounts analysis, trend analysis, identifying gaps, finding solutions.
Depreciation calculations, preparing and maintain Fixes Assets Schedule
