Hiring: IT Customer Support Specialist
Columbus, OH (On-site)
Contract: 6–12 months (potential to extend or convert to perm)
Pay: $20–22/hr (W2)

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire a proactive and tech-savvy IT Customer Support Specialist to join their IT client support team.
What You’ll Do:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
• Provide friendly, efficient support ensuring a smooth user experience
• Maintain accurate support ticket records and contribute to internal documentation
• Monitor system performance and respond to potential problems proactively
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years in technical support or IT customer service
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
