We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support critical activities related to monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US GAAP, be proficient in financial analysis and reporting, and have experience in maintaining accurate financial records. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to financial stability and growth while developing expertise in data analysis and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions.

Prepare and record entries for balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

Conduct variance analysis and prepare relevant Trial Balance reports.

Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Support Accounts Receivable efficiency and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metrics.

Perform continuous reconciliation of intercompany transactions and resolve variances.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Assist management with ad-hoc data analysis requests.

Develop and maintain high-quality analytical reports and presentations.

Develop high quality repeatable processes and deliverables to utilize discovered insights.

Create, maintain, and present analytical reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles.

Excellent understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.

Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint; and Microsoft Dynamic.

Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.

Strong desire to learn new technologies and apply them to business needs.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in developing financial models or forecasting.
