Position Overview

We are seeking a WMS Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement warehouse management system solutions (WMS). This role will play a key part in deploying new distribution center setups, optimizing site-specific warehouse processes, supporting system operations, and building integrations between WMS platforms and related applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, .NET C# or Java, and WMS or MES solutions. Korean bilingual proficiency is preferred to support collaboration with headquarters and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure WMS solutions using Agile/Sprint methodologies.

Perform WMS analysis, new site setup, workflow development, and system testing.

Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and Advantage Architect workflows.

Provide second-level support for WMS operations, outages, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless WMS integration with middleware and related systems.

Document development processes and execute unit/system tests for quality assurance.

Support emergency on-call duties during holidays and off-hours as needed.

Travel to customer sites (e.g., Kentucky, Tennessee, Cartersville) as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proficient in .NET C# (WinForms) or Java programming.

Strong database skills (Oracle SQL, procedures, relational database systems).

Minimum 1 year of IT system development, integration, or operation experience.

Fluent in English or Korean (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

Bilingual in Korean and English.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo).

Systematic approach to operational processes and deployments.
