Quality Engineer – Santa Rosa, CA $90,000–$135,000

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Quality Engineer to join our high-performance team in beautiful Santa Rosa, CA. In this key role, you’ll be the quality champion across the product lifecycle—from new product launches to sustaining production support—owning deliverables that directly influence our quality system. You’ll dive into Measurement System Analysis (MSA), DOE, FMEA, control plans, and validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ), all while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing teams.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading new product introductions with first article inspections, GD&T, SPC, and risk assessments

Improving critical metrics like scrap, PPM, customer complaints, and cost of quality

Driving root cause investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Authoring and maintaining DMRs, inspection plans, procedures, and training programs

Interfacing with customers and suppliers, supporting audits (ISO 13485, FDA), and ensuring compliance

Owning the quality story from the lab to the production floor—analyzing trends, monitoring processes, and influencing product excellence

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field

ASQ Certification (CQT/CQE preferred)

Experience with CMM programming, Gage R&R, Minitab, SolidWorks, SPC, and DOE

Hands-on background in medical device or injection molding manufacturing

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
