Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Systems Analyst to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, enhance application performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or upgrade.

Design and document new system requirements and technical specifications.

Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions.

Develop and maintain web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.

Work extensively with PostgreSQL databases, including modeling, writing SQL queries, performance tuning, and handling data migration.

Participate in impact analysis, system testing, and debugging during project development cycles.

Ensure solutions align with business goals and adhere to best practices in software development.

Support report automation and contribute to continuous improvement of system workflows.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or a similar role, with proven capabilities in technical analysis and solution implementation.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Python and Java programming languages.

Experience with modern front-end development frameworks such as React or Angular.

Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design, advanced SQL, performance optimization, and data migration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Exposure to report automation tools and techniques.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.Company Description
